Food blogger Anna Fil shared how to make spinach pancakes and salt salmon properly on Instagram. The result is a delicious dish that looks appetizing.

Ingredients for lightly salted salmon

  • Salmon fillet - 250 gr
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - ½ tsp.

Ingredients for spinach pancakes

  • Milk - 400 ml
  • Spinach - 150 gr
  • Eggs - 3 pcs
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/3 tsp
  • Flour - 200 g

Additional ingredients

  • Butter
  • Cream cheese

Method of preparation

1. First, prepare the salmon. Wash the fillets with cold water and dry them with paper towels.

2. Mix salt and sugar, rub this mixture into the fillet.

3. Put in a container with a lid and refrigerate for 12 hours.

4. After that, drain the excess liquid and wipe the fish with a paper towel

5. Prepare the spinach pancakes. Combine all the ingredients together and beat with a blender until smooth.

6. Fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked. Cool them.

7. Spread the pancakes with cream cheese, put the salmon pieces on top and roll them up.

8. Cut in half and serve.
