Ingredients
- banana - 2 pcs
- spinach - 30 gr
- cottage cheese - 90 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- oatmeal - 50 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it with oil.
2. In a blender, grind oatmeal with baking powder, then add bananas, spinach, cottage cheese and eggs. Blend until smooth.
3. Fill the muffin tins with the resulting batter, filling them to 2/3 of their volume.
4. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 20 minutes or until they are golden. Check doneness with a toothpick.
5. Serve cold.
