Spicy zucchini salad: what to combine with a delicious vegetable

This savory salad is worth adding to the zucchini menu of pancakes, casseroles, twists, and nuggets. It will be a great appetizer on its own, as well as an addition to a barbecue or any side dish. It contains only simple and healthy ingredients that perfectly emphasize the taste of the vegetable and make the dish light and satisfying.
The idea for the spicy zucchini salad was shared by a well-known Ukrainian food blogger from Odesa, Valerii Ponomar (ponomar_valeriy), on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- zucchini – 1 pc
- walnuts – 2 tbsp
- dill – 1 tbsp
- parsley – 1 tbsp
- garlic – 1 clove
- olive oil – 1 tbsp
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper
Cooking method:
1. Fry the zucchini over high heat for 8 minutes, tossing it into the pan when the oil begins to smoke.
2. Fry the nuts until dry and flavorful. Parsley can be replaced with cilantro.
3. Mix with the nuts very carefully to keep the zucchini intact, after mixing, taste for salt, and add a little more salt if necessary.
