A food blogger with the nickname thatladyanna shared her own recipe for making tomato sauce for the winter on Instagram. She claims that the sauce is moderately spicy and extremely tasty.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Basil

Method of preparation

1. Cut the clean tomatoes into quarters. Put them in a bowl with their heads sprinkled with salt and set aside.

2. During this time, sterilize the jars.

3. Put the tomatoes in the sterilized jars, pressing them down with a spoon to fill them.

4. Add basil to taste.

5. Put the jars in a saucepan with the bottom covered with a towel. Fill with water.

6. Sterilize for 20 minutes and then close the lids.

7. Turn the jars upside down, cover with towels and leave to cool completely.
