  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • Suneli hops - 1 tsp.
Red onion
  • red onion - 1/2 pc.
  • tomato paste - 20 g
What to add to the sauce for a bright flavor
  • water - 200 ml
  • chili - to taste

  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • lemon - 1/2 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and finely chop the cilantro.
