One of the best sauces for meat is satsebeli, which is often made with plums, as well as cilantro, onions, and spices. Most importantly, it only takes 5-8 minutes to cook.
Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for a delicious satsebeli sauce with chili, tomato paste, and garlic on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- cilantro - bunch
- garlic - 5 cloves
- Suneli hops - 1 tsp.
- red onion - 1/2 pc.
- tomato paste - 20 g
- water - 200 ml
- chili - to taste
- salt, pepper - to taste
- lemon - 1/2 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and finely chop the cilantro.
2. Cut the onion into small cubes.
3. Chop the garlic and chili.
4. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, add the tomato paste and water. Add chili, salt, pepper and cook for 5-8 minutes.
5. Whisk the mixture in a blender, add lemon juice, and mix.
