Spicy satsebeli sauce for kebabs, meat and sausages: 10 minutes to prepare
Meat always needs a sauce that will bring out the flavor of the meat even more. They can be made from tomatoes, herbs, onions, and garlic.
Chef Valerii Ponomar shared a recipe for a delicious homemade meat sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
- Hot adjika – 1/2 tbsp
- Cilantro – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
- Suneli hops – 1 tsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Water – 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 6% – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Mix tomato paste with spices and chopped cilantro.
2. Pour in the water, add the vinegar and garlic, and stir.
