Spicy Korean mackerel: how to make a simple marinade

Korean mackerel is a very easy-to-prepare spicy appetizer. The main thing in this dish is to make the marinade correctly. The fish is perfectly soaked in it and just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients:
- mackerel – 2 pieces (+/-1 kg )
- onions – 2-3
Ingredients for the marinade:
- oil – 100 ml
- vinegar – 50 ml
- tomato paste – 1 tbsp
- salt – 2 tsp
- sugar – 1 tsp
- smoked and sweet paprika – 1 tsp
- red pepper – 1 tsp
- black pepper – 0.5 tsp
- seasonings for fish – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients for the marinade except vinegar.
2. Boil.
3. Add the vinegar.
4. Pour into the fish and onions, and stir.
5. Put under the press in the refrigerator for a day.
