Spicy fresh strawberry salad: a recipe for an easy dish
Strawberries are sweet, flavorful, and juicy seasonal summer berries. It is most often chosen for making various desserts or jams. But this product can also be a great addition to a savory fresh salad. It contains only healthy ingredients and a light dressing, so this dish will add vitamins to the body.

Recipe for a summer salad with strawberries

- arugula – 1 bunch
- strawberries – 150 g
- mini mozzarella – 70 g

Ingredients for the dressing:
- balsamic vinegar – 1 tsp
- mild mustard – 1/2 tsp
- olive oil – 2 tbsp
- spices: salt, pepper – to taste
- nuts – optional
Arugula for salad

Method of preparation:
1. Wash the arugula and strawberries and dry them gently.
2. Cut the strawberries in half or quarters.
Mozzarella for salad

3. Cut the mozzarella in half. You can try serving feta instead.
4. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
Olive oil for salad
5. Put the arugula, strawberries, and mozzarella on a plate and pour the dressing evenly.
Almonds are best suited for salad
