Ingredients:

  • eggplants - 4 pcs.
Homegrown eggplants
  • garlic - 6 cloves.
Garlic and chili peppers
  • chili pepper - 1 pc.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Wine vinegar
  • wine vinegar - 3 tsp.
  • vegetable oil - 160 ml
Vegetable oil
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • cilantro, mint, dill - 10 g each

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the eggplant and cut into long slices.

2. Transfer to a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add 80 ml of oil and mix.

3. Put the mixture in a single layer in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 200°C.
