Mushroom soup is a traditional Ukrainian dish that almost every Ukrainian loves. It's easy to prepare, just make a good vegetable broth and choose delicious mushrooms.

Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for mushroom soup with celery on his website, which will be a great lunch option.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • porcini mushrooms - 200 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • celery - 100 g
  • sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
  • dill - 3-4 sprigs

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, preheat the oven to 180 C, salt the celery and wrap it in foil, send it to bake in the oven for 1.5 hours.
  2. Wash the mushrooms, cut them into medium slices along with the onion, and fry until golden brown.
  3. Dice the potatoes.
  4. Bring the water to a boil, add the potatoes, onion, and mushroom sauté, and baked celery, and stir and cook until the potatoes are soft.
  5. Add chopped dill at the end.

The dish is best served hot, with croutons.
