How to cook a delicious mushroom soup
Mushroom soup is a traditional Ukrainian dish that almost every Ukrainian loves. It's easy to prepare, just make a good vegetable broth and choose delicious mushrooms.
Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for mushroom soup with celery on his website, which will be a great lunch option.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 3 pcs.
- porcini mushrooms - 200 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- celery - 100 g
- sunflower oil - 1 tbsp
- dill - 3-4 sprigs
Method of preparation:
- First of all, preheat the oven to 180 C, salt the celery and wrap it in foil, send it to bake in the oven for 1.5 hours.
- Wash the mushrooms, cut them into medium slices along with the onion, and fry until golden brown.
- Dice the potatoes.
- Bring the water to a boil, add the potatoes, onion, and mushroom sauté, and baked celery, and stir and cook until the potatoes are soft.
- Add chopped dill at the end.
The dish is best served hot, with croutons.
