Spicy canned chili zucchini: a recipe for a dish for the winter
If you want to make very tasty and savory zucchini for the winter, cook them with a spicy marinade, with chili ketchup. You can also add a mixture of hot spices and garlic.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, spicy, spicy zucchini cooked with ketchup.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. of "Mexican spicy" mix
- 8 glasses of water
- 1 tbsp. vinegar 9%
- 2 tbsp of salt with a slide
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 6-8 tbsp chili ketchup
Method of preparation:
1. Fill clean, dry jars with chopped zucchini.
2. For the marinade: mix all the ingredients and boil for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the hot marinade over the zucchini, cover with lids, and sterilize for 10-15 minutes.
4. Roll up the lids, cool, and store in the cellar!
