Ingredients:
- 3 eggplants weighing about 700 g
- 1 large tomato
- 2 medium onions
- 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 0.5 bunch of parsley
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the vegetables, peel and chop them.
