Spicy Asian-style salad of juicy Ukrainian vegetables
If you are a fan of Asian cuisine, this dish is definitely for you. It is based on a lot of fresh Ukrainian vegetables that are sure to grow in your garden or can be bought at the market. You just need to chop everything properly and add a spicy dressing.

Ingredients:
- beef
- zucchini
- carrot
- cucumber
- green onion
- parsley
- garlic
- soy sauce
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the carrots and zucchini.
2. Chop the cucumbers.
3. Season with salt and a drop of oil.
4. Set aside to marinate.
5. Cut the veal (or beef) into thin slices.
6. Fry in a well-heated pan with oil on one side for several minutes.
7. Then add soy sauce and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
8. Mix veal with vegetables, add chopped onion, parsley, spices.
9. Pour hot oil over.
