Adjika is a delicious seasoning for many dishes, especially meat. It is very spicy, flavorful and, most importantly, very easy to prepare at home.

Today, FoodOboz editorial team shares a recipe for spicy raw adjika without boiling. It will be a great winter and autumn treat.

Ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • sweet peppers - 500 g
  • apples - 100 g
  • garlic - 100 g
  • carrots - 100 g
  • bitter pepper - 50 g
  • salt - 20 g
  • sugar - 10 g
  • vinegar - 50 ml

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash all the vegetables. Remove pepper seeds if you don't want the sauce to be too spicy.
  2. Wash and remove the center of apples. Cut them into slices.
  3. Peel the bell pepper and cut it into large pieces.
  4. Cut the carrots in half.
  5. Peel the garlic.
  6. Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth. You can also use a meat grinder.
  7. Add sugar and salt to the finished mixture, mix and be sure to let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Add vinegar.
  8. Then pour the adjika into jars and store in the refrigerator.
