One of the most delicious homemade sauces for meat is adjika, which can be prepared with tomatoes, as well as peppers and plums. For a brigt flavor, add spices, hot pepper, garlic, and apples.

Ingredients:
- tomato - 2,5 kg
- onions - 0,5 kg
- carrot - 0,5 kg
- sweet pepper - 0,5 kg
- green apple - 0,5 kg
- hot pepper - 3 pcs
- garlic - 150 g
- sugar - 100 g
- salt - 60 g
- sunflower oil - 250 g
- 9% vinegar - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pass tomatoes, apples, carrots, onions, and sweet and hot peppers through a meat grinder (peel the apples beforehand so that they do not darken). Stir and put on low heat boil for one hour.
2. Then add chopped garlic, sunflower oil, salt, sugar and vinegar. Boil for another 20 minutes.
Tip: if you pickle it for the winter, pour into sterilized jars when hot and close with lids right away!
