Spectacular strawberry tiramisu: how to make a light seasonal dessert
Seasonal strawberries are the perfect base for light desserts. This berry makes a delicious tiramisu. It is much easier to prepare than any other cake.
The idea of making a seasonal strawberry tiramisu was published on the blogini kyxni culinary page on Instagram. It is based on classic savoyardi cookies.
Ingredients:
- Savoyardi biscuits - 200 g
- mascarpone cheese - 500 g
- cream 33% - 500 g
- strawberries - 500 g
- sugar - 50 g
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- icing sugar - 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. Blend the strawberries to a puree.
2. Add lemon juice and sugar.
3. Dip the cookies in the strawberry puree.
4. Put on the bottom of the mold.
5. For the cream, whip the cream until thick, add the powdered sugar, and whip a little more.
6. Then add the mascarpone cheese and beat for a few minutes.
7. Spread the cream on the cookies.
8. Put the next layer of biscuits again and put the rest of the cream on top.
9. Garnish with strawberries.
10. Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours, or preferably overnight.
