A food blogger with the nickname foodblog kristi shared how to make spaghetti with feta, tomatoes, and chicken on Instagram. As it turned out, this is also a fairly budget-friendly dish.
Ingredients
- Feta - 200 gr
- Sweet tomatoes - 300 gr
- Salt
- Provencal herbs
- Oil for frying
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Water - 200 ml
- Chicken fillet - 600 gr
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Put the feta in a mold.
2. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and put them in the feta mold.
3. Grate the garlic on top, sprinkle with Provencal herbs and pour over the vegetable oil.
4. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Remove from the oven, pour in water, mix thoroughly.
6. Cut the chicken fillet, put it in a bowl. Add salt, spices and soy sauce and mix well.
7. Fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
8. Cut the cooked meat into small pieces and transfer to the feta and tomato sauce, mix well.
9. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
10. Boil the spaghetti. Pour the sauce over them before serving.
