Sour milk cheese and raisin pancakes: how to cook deliciously
Classic pancakes with sour milk cheese can be prepared in a new way, namely by baking in the oven with sour cream sauce. These pancakes are very flavorful, juicy, and tender - a delicious complete dessert.
Food blogger Eduard Nasirov, known as my_happyfood, shared a recipe for pancakes with sour milk cheese and sauce in the oven on his Instagram page .
Ingredients:
Pancakes:
- milk - 400 ml
- flour - 150 g
- butter - 50 g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- salt
Filling:
- sour milk cheese - 300 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- sugar\honey - 2 tbsp.
- zest of 1/2 orange or 1 lemon
- raisins - 1\2 cups
- vanilla extract - 1\2 tsp.
Sauce:
- fat sour cream - 300 ml
- eggs - 1 pc
- sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. To make pancakes , mix eggs with flour and sugar.
2. Gradually add milk, oil and salt. Stir to combine.
3. Add the orange zest. Stir and leave the dough for 15-30 minutes.
4. Then fry the pancakes.
5. For the filling, mix the necessary ingredients until smooth. You can rub the sour milk cheese through a sieve to make the filling more tender.
6. For the sauce , mix all the ingredients until smooth.
7. Wrap 1.5-2 tbsp of the filling in each pancake. Put the pancakes in the baking dish.
8. Pour the sauce over the pancakes. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
