Ingredients:

  • pork tenderloin or steak - 1200-1500 g
  • water - 1.5-2 liters
  • salt - 2-3 tsp.

Ingredients for the marinade:

  • soy sauce - 50 g
  • honey - 70 g
  • grain mustard - 2 tbsp
  • spice mix for meat
  • dried herbs
  • water - 50 ml.

1. Skewer the meat on both sides.

2. Put on a plate, cover with water, add salt and leave to marinate for 4 hours.

3. Drain the water and wipe the meat with a napkin.

4. For the marinade, add soy sauce, liquid honey, grain mustard, dried herbs and spices to the meat.

5. Stir the marinade, pour over the meat and rub well on all sides.

6. Leave to marinate for at least 6 hours, preferably longer.

7. Transfer to a baking dish.

8. Add water to the remaining sauce, mix, and pour over the meat.

10. Bake at 180 degrees for 70-90 minutes, depending on the size of the meat.

11. Remove every 20 minutes and pour the marinade over the meat.

12. When the meat is ready, remove from the mold and let it cool.
