Summer is a time of hot days and it is the best time to lose weight properly, as there are plenty of fresh vegetables, berries, and fruits that you can eat without gaining weight. If you want to have a simple fasting day, healthy cereals, as well as cleansing salads and, of course, delicious smoothies are the best option for this.

Today, FoodOboz editors are sharing delicious recipes for healthy, diet smoothies that work like a "brush" and will help you say goodbye to those extra pounds.

1. Smoothie with oatmeal and kiwi

Kiwi smoothie


  • oatmeal - 50 g
  • kiwi - 3 pcs.
  • green tea - 100 ml

How to prepare:

  1. Soak the oatmeal in green tea for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel the kiwi, chop it, and put it in a blender.
  3. Add the tea and oatmeal, and whisk thoroughly until smooth.

This smoothie is best drunk in the morning, for effectiveness – 2 times a week.

2. Apple and spinach smoothie

  • apples - 1 pc.
  • spinach - 100 g
  • water - 20 ml
  • mint - 1 sprig

Method of preparation:

  1. Peel the apple, cut into cubes.
  2. Wash the spinach well, throw it into a blender, and add the apple, mint, and water. Blend well until smooth.

You can drink this smoothie 1-2 times a week, preferably in the morning.

3. Tomato smoothie with carrots and apple

  • tomato - 1-2 pcs.
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • apples - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 1/2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the tomatoes well, it is better to remove the peel with boiling water – make small cuts in the tomato and pour boiling water over it for 1 minute, the peel can be easily removed. Then cut it up.
  2. Wash and peel the carrots and apple, and cut them randomly.
  3. Put everything in a blender, whisk well, add olive oil, and mix.

Before drinking, it is better to refrigerate the smoothie for 30 minutes, so it will taste much better.

4. Smoothie "Brush"

Beetroot, carrot and cabbage smoothie


  • water - 50-100 ml
  • small beets - 1 pc.
  • white cabbage - 50 g
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash all the vegetables well, peel the beets and carrots.
  2. Finely chop everything, chop the cabbage.
  3. Put everything in a blender, add lemon juice, and olive oil, and whisk well until smooth.

Smoothies are best drunk either in the morning or in the evening.

5. Oatmeal smoothie with yogurt and prunes

Smoothie with berries


  • oatmeal - 30 g
  • prunes - 3-5 pcs.
  • dried apricots - 3-5 pcs.
  • natural yogurt - 100 ml

Method of preparation:

  1. Pre-soak the prunes and dried apricots for 40 minutes.
  2. Pour the oatmeal with yogurt for 50 minutes if it is instant, otherwise – for 5 hours.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk until smooth.

It's best to refrigerate the smoothie for 10-20 minutes before using it.
