Ingredients for the dough

  • flour - 500-550 g
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • warm water - 160 ml
  • warm milk - 100 ml
  • butter - 60 g
  • pressed yeast - 15 g or 5 g dry yeast
  • sugar - 40 g
  • salt - 7 g

Ingredients for stuffing

  • tomato sauce or ketchup - 150 g
  • sausage (any) - 350 g
  • cheese - 350 g
  • pickled cucumbers - 1-2 pcs

Additional ingredients

  • egg - 1 pc
  • milk - 1 tbsp

Preparation method

1. Combine warm water with milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Stir and add egg.

2. Add a pinch of salt and knead the dough, gradually adding butter.

3. Wrap the dough in clingfilm and place in a warm place for 30 minutes.

4. When the dough has risen, divide it into 12 balls with hands greased with vegetable oil.

5. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray and shape it into small pizzas.

6. Brush with ketchup and add the toppings.

7. Brush the edges with egg and milk.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
