Skewers of carp in tomato juice: a delicious way to cook fish
For some reason, barbecue is always associated exclusively with meat. But while the picnic season is in full swing, why not try cooking other foods, such as fish, on the coals?
On Instagram, food blogger Olga Ryabenko offered a recipe for carp kebabs in tomato juice. She claims that you have definitely never tasted such a delicious fish before. After a little effort, you will have a dish with an incredible combination of taste, tenderness, aroma, and benefits on your table.
Ingredients
- Carp - 2 kg
Ingredients for the marinade
- Tomato juice - ½ liter
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - 1-2 tsp.
- Smoked paprika - 1 tsp
- Onions - 2 pcs
Method of preparation.
1. Clean the fish and cut into steaks.
2. Cut the ridge from each piece and cut in half.
3. Cut the onion into half rings.
4. Put the fish in a bowl and add all the ingredients for the marinade, and squeeze the onion hard.
5. Leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.
6. Fry until golden brown.
