Simpler and better than cheesecake: a quick and easy cheese pie
If you want to make a delicious dessert for tea, but you're tired of all the usual ones, try making the same cheesecake, but in a new way.

Ingredients:
For the crumbs:
- Butter – 200 g
- Flour – 300 g
- Sugar – 120 g
- Cocoa – 30 g
For the filling:
- Cottage cheese – 500 g
- Eggs – 4 pcs
- Sour cream – 100 g
- Sugar – 180 g
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g
- Starch – 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add cocoa, sugar and mix well.
2. Add the soft butter and rub in with your hands until you have fine crumbly crumbs.
3. In another bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and starch, mix gently with a spoon, and then blend in a blender until smooth and creamy.
4. Take a split baking dish, cover the bottom with parchment, pour the crumbs on the bottom, and form sides about 3-4 cm high.
5. Then pour the filling over the top and sprinkle the rest of the crumbly chocolate mass on top of the cake.
6. Put the cake in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
7. Take out the finished dessert and let it cool completely.
