Simple zucchini pancake cake: ready in minutes

A perfect hearty meal for the whole family is a zucchini cake. It is budget-friendly and quick to prepare. All you need to do is grate the vegetable and fry pancakes from the resulting zucchini dough.

The idea of making a hearty zucchini cake was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname valerikiry. Add plenty of ham and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour - 6 tbsp
  • milk - 1 cup
  • ghee
  • ham - 300 g
  • cheese - 200 g
  • sour cream, mayonnaise
  • spices

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the zucchini on a small grater.

2. Add salt and mix well.

3. Squeeze out the excess juice.

4. Add eggs, milk, spices and flour. Stir.

5. Make pancakes (9 pcs.)

6. Combine the ham with the cheese and 2 tbsp of mayonnaise.

7. Grease the pancakes and roll them up.

8. Put the pancakes in the mold in layers, greasing well with sour cream.

9. Sprinkle with cheese.

10. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

11. Remove from the mold only when cool.
