Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200-250 g sugar
  • 250 g whey
  • 100 g melted butter (can be mixed with butter)
  • 350 g flour
  • baking powder
  • vanilla sugar packet
  • 100 g raisins + 1 tbsp flour

Method of preparation:

1. rinse the raisins, pour boiling water over them, let them swell for about 10 minutes, drain.

2. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add whey and butter, mix.

4. Mix the raisins with the flour and add to the dough. Stir.

5. Spread the batter into muffin molds 2/3 high and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

6. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
