Pear is an excellent source of vitamins. It is a versatile fruit that can be used to make many delicious dishes. It can be desserts, various meat dishes, or salads. But still, all vitamins are preserved in fruits that are not heat-treated: fried, baked, etc. A universal way to get all the benefits is to make a smoothie.

Pear cocktail with yogurt

Pear cocktail based on yogurt

Method of preparation.

  1. Wash the pear, remove the insides, and cut into slices. Peel the kiwi and cut it into cubes.
  2. Grind the fruit in a blender.
  3. Add the yogurt.
  4. Blend again for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish.

Pear cocktail with milk

Milk-based pear cocktail

Ingredients:

Milk -100 ml

Pears - 1 pc

Syrup - 1 tbsp

Ground cinnamon - half a tsp

Ice cream - 50 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the pear, peel it, remove the seeds, and send it to a blender.
  2. Add syrup, milk, ice cream, and cinnamon. Blend everything.
  3. Pour the finished cocktail into a glass.

Pear cocktail with vegetables

Pear cocktail with added vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Pear - 200 gr.
  • Celery stalk - 150 gr
  • Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
  • Cucumber - 1 pc
  • Water - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger (to taste) - 2 g
  • Cucumber (for serving) - 5 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Peel the pear from the skin and seeds.
  2. Put the pear in a saucepan with water. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and cool slightly.
  3. Pour the pear and water into a blender.
  4. Add the peeled cucumber.
  5. Add finely chopped celery. Blend at very high speed until the consistency of puree.
  6. Add lemon juice and ginger to taste.
  7. Beat at high speed, then at medium speed.
  8. Pour into glasses, and garnish with cucumber.
