A casserole for breakfast
If you don't know what to choose for a healthy and satisfying breakfast, you can make a casserole. It's not greasy, it's easy and quick to prepare. It is especially tasty to add vegetables to this dish, because they retain their maximum benefits when baked.

Ingredients:
- coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- onion - 1 piece
- chopped vegetables: broccoli, cabbage or spinach - 2-4 cups
- fresh chopped basil - 1/2 cup
- salt - 1 tsp
- ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- eggs - 6 pcs
- coconut milk - 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Heat coconut oil in a large skillet.
- Add the onion and cook until soft for 5 minutes.
- Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the basil and cook for a few more seconds.
- Whisk together salt, pepper, eggs and coconut milk.
- Transfer the cooked vegetable mixture to the skillet.
- Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving.

- cottage cheese - 800 g
- eggs - 7 pcs.
- sugar - 7 cups
- vanilla sugar - 20 g
- sour cream - 3 cups
- starch - 3 cups
Method of preparation:
- Separate the whites from the yolks.
- Grind the cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks.
- Add starch and sour cream, mix well.
- Beat the whites until stiff peaks and gently fold into the cottage cheese mixture.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees. Cover the top with foil.
