Simple strawberry dessert without baking: very convenient to serve in a bowl
Juicy and sweet strawberries are the perfect base for simple desserts. You don't even have to bake them. Make a delicious buttercream, and combine it with sliced berries and jelly.

Recipe for an elementary strawberry dessert in a bowl

Ingredients for 4 servings:
- strawberries - 300 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar, vanilla - 50 g
- starch - 1 tsp.
- milk - 200 g
- cold cream 33% - 150 g
- Savoyardi biscuits - 4 pcs.
- strawberry jelly - 1 pack

1. Combine the egg, sugar, starch, vanilla, and milk for the cream
2. Bring to a boil, stirring until thickened.
Whip the cream

3. Cool to room temperature.
4. Whip the cold cream to stiff peaks, and combine with the cold cream.
Put the cream in a bowl

5. Cut the biscuits in half.
6. Dip in strawberry puree, put in bowls, top with cream.

7. Put it in the refrigerator.

8. Prepare the jelly according to the instructions and cool to room temperature.

9. Slice the strawberries, put them on top of the cream, and pour over the jelly. I used ~ 2-3 tbsp of jelly for 1 serving. Chill again and enjoy.
