Ingredients for the dough:
- butter - 200 g
- flour - 450 g
- salt - 0.5 g
- baking powder - 0.5 g
How to make the dough:
1. Grate the chilled butter.
2. Add flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Grind the dough into crumbs.
Ingredients for the filling:
- cottage cheese - 350 g
- sugar - 100 g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- vanilla
Method of preparation of the filling:
1. Beat everything with a blender.
Method of cooking cheesecake:
1. Grease the mold with butter and pour 2/3 of the crumbs.
2. Tamp everything well with a spoon.
3. Make the sides.
4. Pour the filling, sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top.
5. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
