  • 600 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of 82% butter
  • 160 g of sugar
  • 50 g of corn starch
  • vanilla sugar
  • favorite cookies

  • juice of half a lemon

1. Bring the milk to a boil.

2. Mix eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar in a bowl and beat well.

3. Add starch and stir until smooth.

5. Return the homogeneous mass to the pan.
