Ingredients:

  • soft cheese - 500 g
  • sugar - 120 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • sour cream - 250 g
  • gelatin (instant) 18 g + water 150 g
  • cookies - 150 g
  • butter - 60 g
  • jelly - 1 pack (90 g) + boiling water - 400 ml
  • strawberries - 400 g (can be replaced with other berries)

Method of preparation:

1. Soak gelatin (18 g + 150 g of water at room temperature).

2. For the base, crush the cookies and combine them with melted butter.

3. Pour into a mold covered with cling film.

4. Tamp down with a glass.

5. Combine soft cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla sugar and sour cream.

6. Beat everything with an immersion blender until smooth.

7. Chop the smaller part of the strawberries and add to the curd mixture. Then add the melted gelatin.

8. Mix until smooth. Pour into the mold.

9. Leave in the freezer for 15-20 minutes (you can also leave it in the refrigerator, but it will take longer).

10. Dilute the jelly in boiled water and cool slightly.

11. Cut the rest of the strawberries in half.

12. Garnish the dessert with strawberries and carefully pour the jelly over it.

13. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes until completely thickened.
