The idea of cooking cheese khachapuri in a frying pan was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia Mudra. The top will be an appetizing golden crust.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 90 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • flour - 25 g
  • hard cheese - 30 g
  • butter - 5 g

Method of preparation:

1. Add egg white, flour, and 25 g of finely grated cheese to the cottage cheese.

2. Season with salt and mix.

3. Form the khachapuri.

4. Pour oil into the frying pan.

5. Put the khachapuri in.

6. Fry over low heat under a lid for a few minutes until golden brown.

7. Turn the khachapuri over.

8. Put the egg yolk and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

9. Fry for a few more minutes under the lid. It is important to make sure that the yolk does not set completely and remains liquid.
