  • spices to taste (curry for yellow color, paprika, chili)

1. Add salt and baking powder to sifted flour.

2. Add cool butter.

3. Grind this mixture into crumbs.

4. Add egg yolk and cold water.

5. Knead the dough. If the dough crumbles, add more water.

6. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

8. Add spices to taste.
