Ingredients for 1 kilogram of drumsticks:
- tangerine – 3 pcs
- orange – 1 pc
- mustard – 2 teaspoons
- paprika (you can use chicken seasoning) – 1 teaspoon
- salt – 1 teaspoon
- pepper – optional
Method of preparation:
- Divide the tangerines into slices, and cut some in half.
- Do the same with oranges.
- Combine all the ingredients and mix with the drumsticks.
- Leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Bake in a preheated oven, first in a closed form.
- Then you can open it to form a crust.
