Shuba salad without herring, potatoes and mayonnaise: recipe for a healthy variant of the famous dish
A delicious, light, hearty salad is exactly what Shuba is, which is based on vegetables, salted herring, and mayonnaise. But even such a simple dish can be prepared in a new way and made healthy and low-calorie by simply removing mayonnaise, herring, and potatoes, which only make the salad heavier.

Ingredients:
- boiled beets - 1 pc.
- boiled carrots - 1 pc.
- avocado - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- nori - 2 sheets
- sweet potato - 1 pc.
- homemade mayonnaise or yogurt
Method of preparation:
1. Bake beets, carrots and sweet potatoes. Grate everything.
2. Dice the avocado.
3. Finely chop the onion.
4. Chop the nori into small pieces.
5. Assemble the salad: lay out the first layer of sweet potatoes, then nori, spread with mayonnaise, then avocado and the rest of the layers, then nori and mayonnaise again. Top with beets and spread mayonnaise on top.
6. Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for a few hours.
