Shortbread cookies with margarine in 10 minutes: a simple recipe
Homemade cookies are one of the simplest and most delicious homemade tea treats. Moreover, they are made very simply and from a minimum number of ingredients.
Cook Olha Matvii has shared a recipe for homemade shortbread cookies on her YouTube channel that you can make in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- flour – 300-500 g
- eggs – 1 pc.

- potato or corn starch – 1-2 tbsp.
- any vegetable oil – 50 g
- vanilla – 1/2 tsp.
Cookie dough
- baking powder – a pinch
- powdered sugar – 100 g
- margarine – 250 g
Method of preparation:
1. Sift the flour twice.

2. Put the chopped margarine in a blender or food processor, add the powdered sugar, baking powder, egg, flour, oil, vanilla, starch and beat.

3. Roll the dough into a ball.

4. Put it on the parchment, cover with parchment, and roll it out with a rolling pin.
5. Cut out shapes from the dough and bake for 10 minutes at 180 C.
