Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour - 90 g
  • sugar - 70 g
  • baking soda - 1\3 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 g
  • citric acid
  • salt

For the filling:

  • condensed milk

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with a mixer, adding sugar.

2. Gradually add the flour while continuing to beat.

3. Add the remaining ingredients one by one. Beat until smooth.

4. Put the resulting dough into a pastry bag and form cookies.

5. Bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes.

6. Put condensed milk on one half of the cookie and cover with the other half of the cookie.
