Shakshuka in a new way for a quick breakfast: what to add to the dish for a bright taste
The best breakfast dishes are shakshuka and scrambled and poached eggs. Firstly, these dishes are healthy, and secondly, they are very easy to prepare.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious shakshuka with fresh vegetables and feta cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- onions
- tomatoes
- sweet pepper
- feta cheese
- eggs
- Provence herbs
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onions in a pan until golden brown, add the chopped tomatoes and bell peppers. Fry for 5-7 minutes over medium heat and add salt and spices.
2. Crack the eggs on top, add the feta cheese slices, cover and cook over low heat until the egg whites are white!
