Shakshuka for breakfast: how to cook a popular egg dish correctly
Without exaggeration, scrambled eggs and all egg dishes are considered the most favorite and popular breakfast. One of them is shakshuka, a dish based on poached eggs combined with tomato paste and spices. The most important thing in shakshuka is to break the eggs properly.

Ingredients:
- onions – 1\2 pcs
- tomatoes – 2-3 pcs
- bell pepper – 1 pc
- eggs – 4 pcs
- salt, pepper
- herbs
- dark bread
- avocado – 1\2 pieces on request
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the onion into cubes.
2. Put butter and onion in a hot frying pan. Fry until golden brown.
3. Dice the tomatoes and add to the onion. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Chop the pepper and add to the dish. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Make 4 wells for the eggs. Break the eggs.
7. Season the eggs with salt and pepper. Fry until the whites are cooked.
8. Serve with avocado, herbs, and dark bread, dipped in egg yolk.
