Homemade semolina cake
Semolina is a fairly nutritious and high-calorie cereal, as it is ground wheat grains. It can be used to make delicious milk porridge for breakfast, as well as added to various pastries, sauces, and casseroles.
The FoodOboz editorial team has prepared a delicious recipe for a flavorful semolina cake without flour and sugar, which you can easily cook in the oven in just 1 hour.
Ingredients:
- semolina - 1.5 tbsp
- milk - 1 tbsp
- stevia - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 3 pcs
- butter - 50 g
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- any berries - 1-2 tbsp
- starch - 1-2 tbsp
- salt - 0.5 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Pour milk over semolina and leave for an hour to swell.
- Beat eggs with salt and stevia, add butter and mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Wash the berries, dry them and mix with starch.
- Add the semolina and berries to the finished egg mixture, mix and pour into the baking dish.
- Bake at 180 °C for about 50-60 minutes.
The dish can be served both cold and hot.
