  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • semolina - 120 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • milk - 100 ml
  • soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • sugar substitute

Method of preparation:

1. Beat cottage cheese, eggs, milk, baking soda and sweetener in a blender.

2. Add semolina and mix well.

3. Pour the mixture into the molds.

4. Put in the microwave for 4-5 minutes.
