Seasonal warm zucchini salad: how to prepare a delicious and nutritious dish without mayonnaise
In the summer, all the high-calorie salads with mayonnaise dressings are completely irrelevant. When it's hot outside, you want something light and, at the same time, nutritious. It's a great idea to use fried zucchini. They can be seasoned with ordinary oil and made into a delicious salad.

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini into medium-sized pieces.
2. Fry in a small amount of oil.
3. Cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes to brown the zucchini but keep it crispy and not soft.
4. Add finely chopped garlic (1-2 cloves).
5. Fry for another minute and add a little salt.
6. Add finely chopped parsley or cilantro.
7. Then add 30 grams of nuts and a tablespoon of sesame seeds.
8. Season with a tablespoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of soy sauce and lemon juice.
