Sausages in dough: how to make a successful and fluffy dough

Ingredients:
- sausages - 16 pcs.
- flour - 400 g
- dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- warm milk or water - 250 ml
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 40 g
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- egg yolk - 1 pc.
- sesame seeds and poppy seeds - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar and yeast to warm water, mix well.
2. Add a little flour from the all-purpose flour and mix to make the dough consistency like pancakes.
3. Add salt and oil, mix and add flour, knead the dough with your hands, it may stick, but the main thing is not to clog it with flour.
4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, greasing your hands with oil.
5. Put it in a bowl greased with oil and cover with cling film.
6. Leave it in a warm place for 40-60 minutes to let it rise.
7. When the dough has risen, remove it from the bowl and place it on a floured surface, knead it again and cover with a plate, let it stand for 15 minutes.
8. Shape the dough into a sausage and divide it into 16 equal pieces, make a long flagellum from each piece and wrap the sausage.
9. Place on a baking sheet, cover and let stand for 15 minutes, then brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
10. Put in a preheated oven and bake the sausages in the dough for 20 minutes at 200°C.
