Salty syrnyky with spinach and red fish: recipe for a delicious breakfast

Syrnyky can be made with cottage cheese and ricotta. It is very important to make a good base when cooking so that they do not fall apart. It is worth noting that they can be made both sweet and savory.

A cook shared a recipe for delicious salty cottage cheese pancakes with spinach and red fish on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • ricotta - 350 g
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g of spinach
  • salt, dry garlic
  • hard cheese - 60 g
  • 2 tbsp. of semolina
  • flour for rolling

Optional:

  • salted red fish
  • greens
  • fresh vegetables

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the egg and spinach in a blender. Pour this mass into the cottage cheese, add finely grated hard cheese and semolina, and mix.

2. Use your hands to form the syrnyky and fry on both sides until cooked.

Serve with red fish, it will be delicious!
