Salty oatmeal with cheese: how to prepare this budget product in an unusual way

Traditionally, we used to eat sweet oatmeal for breakfast: with honey, yogurt, nuts, and fruit. This porridge is quite budget-friendly and gives you energy for the whole day. But if you choose to start your day with salty foods, oatmeal is also worth choosing, but you need to change the preparation a little.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • flattened oatmeal - 100 g
  • Circassian cheese - 150 g
  • boiled white beans - 100 g
  • crumbled cheese - 60 g
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • herbs
  • lemon for dressing

Method of preparation:

1. Cook beans or chickpeas.

2. Cook oatmeal (it will be the easiest in a multicooker).

3. Divide all the ingredients into two bowls, stir and season with lemon juice.
