Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • flattened oatmeal - 100 g
  • Circassian cheese - 150 g
  • boiled white beans - 100 g
  • crumbled cheese - 60 g
White beans for the dish
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • herbs
  • lemon for dressing

Method of preparation:

Cooking Circassian cheese for the dish

1. Cook beans or chickpeas.

Flattened oatmeal for the dish

2. Cook oatmeal (it will be the easiest in a multicooker).

Avocado that goes perfectly with oatmeal

3. Divide all the ingredients into two bowls, stir and season with lemon juice.
