Salty cheesecakes with a secret: how to prepare a popular dish in an original way
Classic cheesecakes, to which we are accustomed, can have a completely different original flavor. To do this, you need to make them salty. And put a ball of mozzarella inside - it will melt and become very tender.

Ingredients:
- sour milk cheese - 220 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- flour - 1-1,5 tbsp+for shaping
- salt
- mini mozzarella (inside)
- dill
- conjut
Cooking method:
1. To the sour milk cheese, add egg, salt and flour, and finely chopped dill.
2. Stir until smooth.
3. Sprinkle a spoonful of flour on a board, add sesame seeds and form cheesecakes.
4. Place mozzarella inside and use a glass to form a perfect cheesecake.
5. Fry over a low heat.
