No matter how delicious they are, they also tend to get boring over time. But if it's really hard to give up cheesecakes, you can make a slightly different version.

Salty cheesecakes according to the recipe of Hector Jimenez-Bravo

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese - 300 g
  • Egg yolks - 2 pcs
  • Parmesan cheese - 20 g
  • Cheddar cheese - 20 g
  • Flour - 5 g
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sugar - a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. To make the dough, sift the flour thoroughly through a sieve.
  2. Grate the Parmesan cheese on a coarse grater, and cut the cheddar into cubes.
  3. Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve. Combine cottage cheese, grated cheese, salt, sugar, egg yolks, and flour in a bowl.
  4. Knead the dough. Form cheesecakes and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  5. Fry the cheesecakes in a frying pan.
  6. Next, cover a baking sheet with parchment, place the cheesecakes, and put them in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.

Salted cheesecakes with dorblu according to the recipe of Yevhen Klopotenko

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese - 300 g
  • Eggs - 1 pc
  • Dorblu cheese - 50 g
  • Flour - 60 g
  • Sugar - 50 g
  • Baking powder - 1\2 tsp
  • Vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • Sunflower oil - 1-2 tbsp. 

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix cottage cheese, dorblue, eggs, vanilla, and regular sugar in a bowl. Add baking powder and flour and mix well until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle a floured board with flour and put the cheesecakes dough on it. Form balls with your hands and shape them into cheesecakes.
  3. Pour oil into a preheated frying pan. Put the cheesecakes and fry on both sides until a beautiful golden crust forms.
