Salted red fish that can be eaten in a day: a simple recipe
Homemade salted red fish can be eaten as an independent snack or made into sandwiches – a gourmet option for a festive table. Traditionally, however, you need to wait several days for the product to turn out really tasty and well-salted. And this is not always very convenient. Therefore, it is worth using a more versatile option.

Ingredients:
- red fish fillet – 1 kg
- salt – 2 tbsp
- sugar – 1 tsp
- dried dill – 2 tbsp
- juice of half a lemon
Method of preparation:
1. Mix salt, sugar, dill and lemon juice.
2. Rub the fish with this mixture.
3. Put in the refrigerator for a day.
4. The fish is slightly salted. If you leave it for 2 days, the taste will be more tangible.
5. The salt will remove excess moisture from the fish and the product will be very tasty and tender.
6. Best stored in a clean glass container in the refrigerator.
