Salami roll: a quick and delicious appetizer for a festive table
Salami roll is an incredible appetizer option that will impress everyone and decorate any holiday table. This dish is easy to prepare, and its appearance just makes you want to try at least a piece.
Food blogger Inna Lagomin shared how to make salami rolls on Instagram. As it turned out, it requires fairly simple ingredients and a little magic.
Ingredients
- Raw smoked salami
- Cream cheese - 1 pack
- Olives - 120 g
- Sweet pepper - ½ pc.
Method of preparation
1. Cover a cutting board with cling film and put the sausage on it, each circle going over the previous one.
2. Spread the cream cheese on top.
3. Cut the olives into slices and place them on the cream cheese.
4. Cut the red pepper into small cubes and add to the filling.
5. Wrap the roll in plastic wrap.
6. Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
7. Take it out, remove the film, and cut it into portions.
