Salad with sardine "Poltava": how to cook a delicious and nutritious dish

Ingredients
- Sardine in oil - 250 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Nuts - 5 pcs.
- Salt
- Pepper
The way of preparation
1.Boil carrots and eggs.
2. Finely chop the onion and sprinkle with a little vinegar, let it marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Put the sardines on a plate, draining the oil beforehand.
4. Lightly mash the fish with a fork, not too finely, so that you can feel the texture and taste.
5. Take a split mold and put the chopped fish in the first layer.
6. On top of the fish - a thin layer of mayonnaise in the form of a mesh.
7. Next, put a layer of pickled onions and a mesh of mayonnaise.
8. Next, grate the eggs on a fine grater. A dash of mayonnaise.
9. A layer of carrots grated on a coarse grater. A mesh of mayonnaise.
10. The next layer is slightly frozen processed cheese grated on a fine grater.
11. Before serving, grease the top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with finely chopped nuts.
